We’re looking for great consultants at senior account executive level to work within our truly integrated agency structure. 

We deliver holistic consultancy to clients across all sectors, and we've worked on some of the most significant recent change and crisis management briefs.

We have a particularly deep understanding of the financial services industry and experience in this sector will be an advantage.

About you

Strong consultancy skills are essential but equally important is a genuine interest in businesses and what makes them tick.

We like people with enquiring minds who have an entrepreneurial approach and can also work supportively within teams advising clients and reaching out to their stakeholders, whether that’s the media, the political community, consumer groups, shareholders and, of course, customers too.

More about the role

While we are actively looking for consultants at senior account executive level, we are also interested to hear from talented account managers.  Lansons’ flexible and bespoke structure means we’re more interested in finding the right person for Lansons than ‘filling a role’.

For one of our roles, experience of working within the asset management industry would be particularly helpful.

Lansons has a no-silos ‘one team’ agency approach which means unrivalled opportunity for involvement across all areas of our consultancy offering.  Working as part of integrated teams, you’ll develop insight and expertise in all Lansons’ communications specialisms.

You will be working at the centre of client teams driving the client programme at delivery level and being a central point of contact for the client.

Client responsibility will range from being the central player on a smaller account, to being the hub of a larger multi-discipline, multi-consultant account.

You’ll get an insight into the strategic planning of client programmes and campaigns, and will play a key role in ideas generation and creativity.

We’ll expect you to manage and, more importantly, develop more junior team members.

About us

We have a fabulous track record of developing graduate talent from within and to complement this we're currently looking for people with a good agency track record who can add value at senior account executive level.
