Egmont, Marketing Manager - Magazines, Commercial Department - 12 Month FTC
At Egmont we are passionate about children’s publishing. We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our magazines team.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across our market-leading portfolio of children’s magazines. You will work closely with the commercial and creative teams to ensure our magazines are first choice for consumers.
The role includes budgeting responsibility and delivery of consumer marketing campaigns which meet our commercial objectives. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas and thinking to the business; someone who is passionate about their work.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in creating effective consumer marketing campaigns. Experience in the children’s sector would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have:
- An abundance of energy, initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong creative thinking, analytical and numeracy skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
- at all management levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organised and able to juggle many things at once
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Above all you must be enthusiastic about children’s magazine publishing!
