Full Time

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Content Producer to join our Which? University website team. With your expertise, we’ll plan and deliver engaging content to help students make one of their biggest life decisions.

What you'll be doing

This role is all about engaging with your audience. You’ll plan and create sparkling digital content that will resonate with both students and parents alike. You'll be proactive in managing the day-to-day running of the website and its content flow.

With the support of the Which? University Editor, you’ll help us shape the future of the site. We love that you have fresh ideas. We will look to your creativity as we develop our content strategy for the website and brand. We’ll also want to hear your thoughts around new channels, formats and areas we can develop into.

You’ll project manage new and developing areas of the website, such as our recently launched Teacher dedicated section, providing education content and classroom based resources. This new and varied role has a lot of scope for someone to really make it their own!

What we're looking for

It goes without saying that you need to be passionate about – and have expertise in – all things digital. We’ll also need to see the following:

  • Digital content production or content marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC and web analytics
  • Google Analytics, Google Trends and Adwords
  • Ability to deliver multiple digital projects
  • Experience managing third party agencies
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Experience designing and delivering successful social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable leading and taking forward projects independently
  • Confidence to lead on promotion and ideas creation
  • Ability to commission and edit content
  • Self-starter

We’d love it if you had any experience gained at youth, or education-related brands.

What we’ll give you in return

Let’s not be modest, our rewards package is one of the best out there. You’ll get 28 days’ annual leave, an interest-free season ticket loan, life assurance, and a pension scheme that increases to 11% after you’ve been here for a year (should the role extend beyond 12 months).

The legal stuff

We don’t mean to sound bureaucratic, but there are certain boxes we have to tick. Eligibility to live and work in the UK is one of them. We need you to confirm in your application that you are able to accept a role without the need for sponsorship. We really don’t want to waste your time, so please only apply if you are an EU citizen or hold a valid Visa. We will ask to see your passport (or equivalent) at interview stage.

Apply by completing the application form below.
