ING Media, Digital Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident digital and social media consultant to join our expanding digital team.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to provide account/client management, digital consultancy, social media activity and campaign delivery to leading brands, companies and organisations working internationally in architecture, property and design.
We are looking for someone who can help support and drive digital growth within our agency as well as manage key digital and social media accounts.
You will manage and provide community management, influencer mapping, social media content writing and scheduling, digital insight and digital account management, including delivering intelligent analytics.
You will also work with our account teams to create strategic and creative B2B and B2C campaigns that work across both off-line and digital channels, while creating proposals and costings for the digital activity.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge of creating and managing content for social media platforms.
Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are a must, together with a strong eye for detail and confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.
