Inframation, Europe Funds and M&A Correspondent
Inframation, part of Acuris and a leading provider of news and analysis for the infrastructure finance sector across Europe, Middle East and Africa, is looking for a scoop-driven business journalist to be its continental Europe funds and M&A correspondent.
The varied role involves coverage of acquisitions and financings in the context of European infrastructure. This broad, high profile sector, which often receives front page national newspaper coverage, comprises energy generation and distribution, water utilities, airports, highways, telecoms, fibre-optics, healthcare and many more.
The exciting position also involves coverage of fundraisings and the politics and regulation associated with essential services infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience of reporting on business and finance. The individual should also have a journalism background, an interest in business and be driven to write exclusive stories.
Previous experience of reporting on funds, acquisitions and debt markets is desirable but not essential, although a willingness to learn is important.
The right candidate will have good journalism skills and the ability to write both news and features.
