Newtrade Publishing are recruiting for a Business Development Executive, based in Angel, Central London.
Newtrade is a well-established but ambitious digital, events and print B2B media company in the independent convenience and foodservice markets. Our mission is to develop long term relationships with the future stars of retail and their suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a love and flair for sales, who are comfortable picking up the phone to both cold and warm prospects. Newtrade are accredited Investors in People and are looking to find someone who wants to develop and build a career in sales.
Newtrade work with an exciting customer base including leading household names such as Coca-Cola, Mars-Wrigley, Nestle and Red Bull amongst many others.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for:
- Generating sales.
- Identifying new sales leads & markets.
- Pitching Newtrade’s route-to-market solutions.
- Turning new business wins into fruitful and long-lasting accounts.
Skill and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience of working to targets and maintaining a daily call rate.
- Experience building external professional relationships.
- Administrative experience, for example, maintaining customer records
- Business to business sales experience is desirable
